Board Development An effective, well-run board is a board that plans and then executes those plans in accordance with the organization's mission. Our board development process provides board members and executive staff with a safe environment in which they can explore the use of their skills to plan for organizational stability and growth in the context of the critical factors which will affect the organization in the future. In the course of this, Nonprofit Connection will engage directors in evaluating board operations and in developing a board committee structure that provides members with the opportunity to utilize their skills and experiences. If necessary, we will also help to plan and implement a recruitment process.
