January 19th l ERSEA Excellence Bootcamp: Recruiting, Enrolling, and Serving with Impact

- This interactive training, available as a 2-hour virtual in-depth experience, equips Head Start staff with the skills and strategies to strengthen ERSEA systems and practices. Participants will dive into practical approaches for outreach, eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance, transforming compliance requirements into opportunities to serve more children and families effectively. Through engaging activities and real-world scenarios, staff will learn how to build strong enrollment pipelines, ensure accurate eligibility, and maintain full, thriving classrooms. The training empowers participants to see ERSEA not just as a regulation, but as a powerful tool for equity, access, and community impact.
