In this two-hour session, participants will learn how to collect, interpret, and use family engagement data to drive meaningful action. The training explores practical strategies for turning survey results, attendance trends, and family feedback into actionable insights that strengthen relationships, tailor services, and improve outcomes for children and families. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, staff will gain the confidence to use data not just for compliance, but as a catalyst for deeper engagement and continuous improvement.
    • By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
