This 90-minute session equips Behavior Specialists and Coaches with strategies to support classroom teams in addressing challenging behaviors while promoting positive, nurturing learning environments. Participants will explore evidence-based approaches to behavior management, learn how to guide teachers through coaching conversations, and strengthen their ability to model and reinforce effective practices. The training emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, proactive intervention, and building teacher confidence to reduce disruptions and foster positive outcomes for children.
